Dr. Seth Akhilele, the DG J and J Konsult and Lead facilitator FDi has over 30years in the Christian leadership corridor, 18 years as a workplace/ business coach and 10years as an empowerment architect. He is the DG, Purpose Summit group and empowerment and national development of HOP-TA. He has ministered and trained in Europe, the USA, Africa, and the Caribbean. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia U.S.A., a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), from Business School, the Netherlands, and a B.sc in Microbiology, Bayero University, Kano. He is the Executive Director Nigeria Prayer Project and the Director of Prayer Academy. Dr. Seth is the Director-General of Purpose Summit Group, the empowerment, and national development arm of House of Purpose-TA. Dr. Seth Akhilele is a published scholar and an author of over twenty books on marriage, spirituality, and the marketplace. He reviews and sits as an executive Director on the board of Scholar Chatter Journal; and he is also a reviewer and Editorial Review Board member of Global Business Journal Disciplines (an arm of the Institute of Global Business Research-IGBR). His research interest includes Followership skills development/ Cross-cultural leadership research. He is also an Education Consultant to Heads of Institutions and teachers; a strong advocate for change of present-day school curriculum in Africa for greater societal, national and global impact. He is a fellow in the Institute of Strategic human capital development, Nigeria. He resides in Lagos, Nigeria, with his wife, Pastor Josephine Akhilele, and his children, Jessica, and Joshua.
